Free of charge, no PIN code required, and always loaded with discounts! You can also use our self-checkout registers when you buy your lunch or other items in the stores.

How to get a guest card
Register at one of our Guest Card Service Centers (see below). The card can then be used in all our units. To receive a discount with your card, it must be loaded with money, which you can easily do online via your mobile and Swish. There, you can also see your balance, your previous transactions, and receive digital receipts. You can also load your card at one of our staffed checkouts.

The appearance of our cards varies
For example, your card may say Chalmers Conference and Restaurants, Chalmers Alumni Association, or Evillage.

To receive student union discounts at our units in Lindholmen, Johanneberg, or Universeum, your card must be loaded with money and you must have paid your union fee. Only Chalmers students can become members of the student union. You can always load your card at our staffed units.

Load, order, and pay with the union app
The easiest way to load your card without queuing and to check your balance is by using the student union’s own app. Search for “Chalmers Student Union” where apps are available.

Your email address is your student account
(student.chalmers.se). To activate online loading for the first time, you need to click on “forgot or missing password” and create a new password. If you are a PhD student or do not have an activated student account, please contact Union Service. These services require that you have a Swedish personal identity number and the Swish app installed on your phone.

Why should I use the union app?
Besides checking your balance and loading money, you can order, pay, and easily access your transaction history. You can always load your card at our staffed checkouts if the app does not work.

You can also pay with the app at certain locations. Go to the “Load/Order/Pay” button on the app’s home screen, and you will see a QR code that you can scan at the checkout.”

With our invoice card, you can use our self-checkout registers for quick and efficient service.

You/your department get all your purchases conveniently collected on a single invoice, where you can choose to pay weekly or monthly.
As a company, you can link multiple cardholders to the same invoice.
